As a teacher according to my views multilingualism would benefits in teaching learning process which will include the creation and appreciation of cultural awareness , adds academic and educational value which will enhance creativity adjustment in society and appreciation of local languages.
Module 11. Activity 6. In our class ,we find different types of students ,who are fast learner ,average and slow.So, as teacher we use used the gender neutral by categorised each students according to their abilities with out discriminating them and providing equal opportunities in the classroom.
Module 12. Activity 1. Observation is an important tool in learning science as it gives teachers an opportunity to receive meaningful feedback about their practices , where students they can observe through their sense in the real environment through .experimentation.
Module 12. Activity 3. Group work has complexities above and beyond individual work. To ensure a positive outcomes, we need to clearly articulate our objectives.
Module 13 ,Activity 1. Attributes of an effective leader Leaders are typically people oriented and team leaders.They should be able to Foster a team involving in decision making and to show concern for the whole team. Leaders should be able to take the responsibility even in changing of any reaction in order to bring peace and success
Module 13 Activity 3. Effective education leadership makes a different in improving learning. The main purpose is to guarantee academic success through process ,training and material improvement.
Module 14 .Activity 2 share a plan. It is an ever reaching programme for the school education sector extending from pre School to class 12.It is based for effectiveness measures in terms of equal opportunities for schooling and equitable learning outcome
Module 14 Activity 6. The new education policy will bring changes to students knowledge and skills. It will help students to develop more regarding their thinking and imagination for well improvement of their education
Module 15 Activity 1. Childhood days are memorable which was full of fun and a great enjoyment .There,s nothing to worry about.I have the habits of eating inside the classroom ,like sweets and motor seeds Teacher usually punished me .Rymes that I learnt easily was twinkle twinkle .
Module 15 Activity 6. Children usually learnt in mixing a varieties of way through their experimentation ,reading, speaking,discussion ,listening and expressing oneself. Numeracy skills involved understanding ,numbers, counting ,solving number problems etc.
Module 16 Prevocational education -activity 2. Since in our time there was no vocational training or life skills to help others, but in this generation we could see that there is a facility for such system which create a good skills to each and every individual to prepare for a future plan.
Module 16 Prevocational education .Activity 6. Vocational education entails the risk that the demand for the student particular skills decreases at a future point of time. General education however is assumed to enhance the ability to learn new skills and to make individual less sensitive to long term changes in labour demand.
Module 17 ,covid 19 scenario. There are unprecedented times we need to work extra hard to manage our emotions well. Naturally we feel anxiety ,and may be waves of panic .Particularly when seeing new headlines.
Module 18 - Understanding rights Activity 2. Child abuse is a serious crime which happens frequently in every school because of various reasons considering the child for granted or making friends, sudden changes in eating or sleeping patterns ,in appropriate sexual behaviours ,poor hygiene etc.
Module 18 - understanding rights .Activity 5. Teacher facilitators can and do play a vital role .A child comes in direct and close contact with teacher for a considerable duration each day .Everyone should aim for a society that is free of child abuse and aspire for a world that is free of any exploitation of children.
